Ready to use straight out of the packet, HotHands Foot warmers warm up quickly once exposed to the air. Each foot warmer is adhesive, thin and discreet, so they can be worn within shoes (must not be applied directly to skin).

How to use
Open the sachet by hand and remove the warmer. Peel away the paper strip and adhere one warmer only to the outside of the sock underneath the toe area. Never apply the warmers directly to the skin. For external use only. Use only as directed. The warmer is air-activated. Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use.

Do not cut the sachet to open. If the contents come into contact with eyes please consult a doctor.
