IMPORTANT INFO
The Vampire Outdoors office is closed while I take an adventure break, 9th to 15th September. Order dispatch is delayed while i'm away.
You may still place orders for in stock items during this time, but they will not be dispatched until Monday 16th September.
You can also make pre-orders while I'm away, and these will be dispatched as advised on the website (late September for most items).
Standard UK Delivery*
Order value £50 or more: free delivery
Order value under £50: £3.99 delivery charge
We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force Tracked 48 service.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday), and use Royal Pail or Parcel Force tracked 48 delivery service. However, sometimes it can take us longer to dispatch and we have no control over delivery time once your order is with the courier.
Please allow up to eight working days. Usually, your order will arrive much earlier than this.
Occasionally, delivery times will be extended due to the Vampire Team being away on an adventure. If this is the case, there will be a notice on the website top banner and/or a pop-up. You have the option to accept delayed delivery or cancel your order.
* At the moment we only deliver within the UK.
Any products that are out of stock and ‘pre-ordered’ will be delivered within 30 days of us receiving your order, or as detailed on the webpage where you place your -pre-order. However, if for reasons outside of our control this will not be possible, you will be entitled to cancel your order, with a full refund. Please see our Returns policy.
Delivery FAQs
Only part of my order has turned up, where is the rest of it?
If only part of your order is in stock, you may perceive part-deliveries. You will be sent an email stating which items from your order have been dispatched. Remaining items will be delivered as soon as possible and you will be notified of their dispatch.

Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
Royal Mail and Parcel Force are our usual couriers, however on occasion we may have to use an alternative. We usually used a tracked service, and the tracking link can be found in your order dispatch email.
I'm local, can I collect my order from you?
No. Sorry, we do not offer collections from our premises.
