Standard UK Delivery*
Order value £100 or more: free delivery
Order value under £100: £3.99 delivery charge
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday), and use Royal Pail or Parcel Force tracked 48 delivery service. However, sometimes it can take us longer to dispatch and we have no control over delivery time once your order is with the courier.
Addresses in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will all have extended delivery times.
Please allow up to eight working days. Usually, your order will arrive much earlier than this.
Occasionally, delivery times will be extended due to the Vampire Team being away on an adventure. If this is the case, there will be a notice on the website top banner and/or a pop-up. You have the option to accept delayed delivery or cancel your order.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force depending on the weight, size, volume, and value of your order. We may use other couriers from time to time.
* At the moment we only deliver within the UK.
Any products that are out of stock and ‘pre-ordered’ will be delivered within 30 days of us receiving your order. However, if for reasons outside of our control this will not be possible, you will be entitled to cancel your order, with a full refund. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy.
Delivery FAQs
Only part of my order has turned up, where is the rest of it?
If only part of your order is in stock, you may perceive part-deliveries. You will be sent an email stating which items from your order have been dispatched. Remaining items will be delivered as soon as possible and you will be notified of their dispatch.

Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force depending on the size, shape and weight of your order. Occasionally we use other couriers. Package tracking is not always available.
I'm local, can I collect my order from you?
No. Sorry, we do not offer collections from our premises.
