You asked, we listened. We’re excited to bring the Thicket Adventure Brecken Pants to the UK! Made for hiking and travel, these plus size trousers are designed for the way bodies actually vary, so you can focus on the trail ahead rather than fiddling with your waistband.

Two fit options: choose Booty Fit for more room through the hips, thighs and backside without a baggy waist, or Belly Fit for more room through the tummy without extra fabric sagging at the seat.

Adjustable, high-rise waistband: a soft, yoga-like elastic waist with an internal drawstring helps you dial in the fit, including when your size fluctuates.

Four phone-sized pockets: two zipped pockets with pull tabs and two envelope cargo pockets keep your essentials close.

Choosing your fit
The Brecken pant is designed to be flexible in terms of sizing so that if your weight/size fluctuates a bit, they will still fit. The waistband, in particular, is highly adjustable. If you tend to need more space around your hips, thighs and bum, start with Booty Fit. If you need more space around your middle and less through the seat, try Belly Fit.
Brecken Pants use US dress sizing, do not pick your usual UK dress size. Please measure yourself and use the size chart at the bottom of the page as a guide to finding your size.
You should be good to go if you base your choice of size on your hip measurement.
If you prefer a legging-like fit, we recommend sizing down. If you like a relaxed fit, we recommend choosing your most common true plus-size. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
Fabric and care
Body: 90% nylon, 10% spandex. Waistband: 76% polyester, 24% spandex. Wash cold, tumble dry low and do not bleach.
About Thicket Adventure
Thicket Adventure began with founders Kara and Arwen meeting on a hike and recognising the same frustration: outdoor clothing rarely fitted bodies like theirs. The Brecken Pant grew out of their determination to make something that did.
